Today 1 is a dedicated service that will collect documents and small parcels from your desk for personal delivery within the same city or metropolitan area, with an average delivery/pick-up time of 1 hour from the time the request was made. Outside the city limits* of Lisbon, Porto and Braga, an additional 60 minutes may be required for the service.
In conformance with the specific needs and characteristics of the items, CTT offers clients a choice between motorcycle or automobile deliveries.
Requests:This service must be requested directly from the Linha CTT Expresso 808 200 118 and includes the collection of the item from the sender for all kinds of clients.
This service is available in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area (LMA), the Porto Metropolitan Area (PMA) and the Braga region (consult the list of locations that are covered).
