If CTT does not deliver your item in accordance with its service standards, we will refund the costs of the service.
Items mailed via the EMS Advantage service are covered by insurance, up to a maximum limit of €10/Kg , , without any additional charges for the client.
You can track your item at any time and from anywhere via our modern computerised tracking system.
Our comprehensive customer assistance service allows you to clarify all your queries about the EMS service or track the status of your item by means of a simple phone call, fax or e-mail.
The new packs of pre-paid EMS Advantage vouchers can be bought at any post office. CTT is the only company that offers such a vast network, with over 800 post offices throughout the country.
