The EMS18 service offers an excellent speed-price ratio, making deliveries extremely competitive.
EMS18 items are given priority throughout the country:
- Mainland Portugal: deliveries by 18.00 on the next working day.
EMS18 is available at any Post Office. Choose the one that is closest to you from amongst our network of over 1,000 post offices all over the country.
If CTT does not deliver your item in accordance with its service standards, we will refund the costs of the service.
You can clarify all your queries about the EMS18 service or track the status of your item by means of a simple phone call, fax or e-mail.
You can track your item at any time and from anywhere via our modern computerised tracking system, either via our website www.cttexpresso.pt, or by calling our Linha CTT Expresso 808 200 118.
