Quick National is a product that covers the entire national territory of Portugal. It is available both for occasional customers as well as for contracted mail services.
Supported by the CTTExpress and CTT distribution networks, the Quick National mail service offers the advantages inherent to these two systems, thus ensuring delivery within 3 working days anywhere on the Portuguese mainland, within 5 working days for Madeira and 7 to 15 working days for the Azores. The “Track and Trace” system that is available for this product offers quick identification and excellent control over mailed items. With the Quick National service, CTTExpress guarantees deliveries within the stipulated time frames or else we will refund the cost of the services.
The Quick National price includes insurance for the item, up to a maximum limit of €10/ kg and per object. In the event that it is not possible to deliver items in the absence of the addressee, this product ensures that a notification will be left in the mail box. In the event that the addressee does not claim the item from the post office within a period of 3 working days, the item will be returned to the sender at no additional cost.
The Quick National service also offers optional extras, such as payment on delivery, pick-up service (only for contract clients), Saturday deliveries and proof of delivery.
