  The service standards defined above are only guaranteed in the case of items weighing up to 15kg (real or volumetric weight). In the event that the item weighs more than 15kg, CTTExpress still guarantees delivery to the addressee, but the service will require additional time.

Occasional customers – clients who use this service sporadically and in small quantities.
Contracted mail services – if you use this service to mail items on a regular basis, avail of special rates and payment terms.

 If CTT does not deliver your item in accordance with its service standards, we will refund the costs of the service.

You can track your item at any time and from anywhere via our modern computerised tracking system.

Insurance
All CTT express services are covered by insurance, at no additional cost to the client, as per the prevailing legislation for national road transport for merchandise (up to €10/kg).
Clients can also opt for special additional insurance, up to a maximum limit of €12,500/item.
